Insurance
Insurances Accepted:
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Aetna
We are in-network for most commercial plans from the above-listed insurance companies, however there may be some exceptions. Please verify your benefits prior to being seen.
We are currently out of network for all other insurance plans but offer super-bills that the client may submit independently.

Self-Pay
If you prefer to not use insurance for our services, our current self-pay rate is $150 per hour. Please contact us for information on our income-based sliding scale.

In an Emergency
We make efforts to return all calls from currently established clients within one business day. However, if you or your child is experiencing a mental or behavioral health emergency, the best course of action is to call 911 or present to your nearest emergency room.
Good Faith Estimate for Services
Under the No Surprises Act, all healthcare providers, including mental health professionals, are required to provide clients with a Good Faith Estimate of costs for services when requested or when scheduling care. This estimate outlines the expected charges for psychotherapy services to help you understand and plan for the costs of your care.
The Good Faith Estimate is not a contract or a bill and does not obligate you to receive services. Rather, it is a transparent way to ensure you have all the necessary information regarding fees before starting therapy.
If you have any questions about the Good Faith Estimate or my fees, please feel free to contact me directly.
